A Change In My Life

change in my life

I went down into Jackson town feeling the old city vibe

I got lost in a magazine about somebody’s life

Pre-chorus 1

I don’t know if it’s real or they’re lying

Another story and I’m entertained

Chorus 1

But what I need is a change in my life

When it all comes down to black and white

And what I want is a reason why

Something I can believe I’m almost crazy here

But I can’t feel a thing but these lonely walls closing in

Guess it’s time for a change

Verse 2

The air is heavy and the music drones anxious lovers pass me by

Wish I was young feel so incomplete As I slowly sip my wine

Pre-chorus 2

I don’t know if they’re real or they’re dreamers

Another story and I’m entertained

Chorus 2

But what I need is a change in my life

When it all comes back to wrong or right

And what I want is a reason to try someone I can believe in

I’m going crazy here but you can’t see a thing

And the same old walls are closing in

Guess it’s time for a change

I don’t need to take back the time waste my life all over again

Maybe I could be different maybe we could win

And maybe I’d turn out the same

Change in my life pg. 2

Chorus 3

What I need is a change in my life

When it all comes down to wrong or right

And what I want is a reason why

When everything fades to black and white

And what I do is wonder why

I don’t know the difference the truth or lies

I’m going crazy here but I can’t do a thing

And the same old walls are closing in guess it’s time for a change
